Answers to Students’ Questions

• 

• How many terrorists were on each plane?  19 in all — 5 in each of 3 planes, 4 in the one that went down in Pennsylvania
• How many people total, lost their lives on 9/11?  2,974 people died in the attacks, from more than 90 countries. Another 24 are missing and presumed dead.
• Was the date of the event a coincidence or planned, given that 911 is an emergency code in the U.S.?  Probably a coincidence.
• What would make them hit Somerset, Pennsylvania?  Passengers brought the plane down before it could reach Washington — the location was accidental.
• How has 9/11 affected Americans’ nationalism and patriotism?  Patriotism initially increased after 9/11, but it has ebbed over time as no further attacks ensued and we encountered difficulties in Iraq and Afghanistan.
• Why were we attacked?   What was the reason behind the attack on 9/11?  Because al-Qaeda was and is engaged in an effort to transform the Muslim world after their extreme and mythic vision of it, and the United States supports several Muslim Arab regimes (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and others) that stand in their way. They attacked the “far enemy” to get at the “near enemy.” That’s the main reason, although there are others.
• What did we do to cause 9/11?  We aided and supported Arab regimes that are al Qaeda’s enemy.
• If the attack on the U.S. was meant to disable us, how would it have done so?By imposing economic costs, financial chaos, and a growth of pacifism.
• Is it true that the US was warned by other nations in the months leading up to 9/11/01 that an attack would occur?  If so, why didn’t our government respond?
• were some general warnings (for example, from France), but none that were specific, timely or operationally useful
• Were al-Qaeda make any direct statements/hints about a terrorist attack on the United States planned for the time period around 9/11?  Yes, there were numerous such statements, and that was the problem: the lack of specificity.There had also been previous attacks (East Africa, Yemen) that did not receive adequate responses.
• Was 911 the beginning of the war on terror or the turning point, as the average American citizen became aware of a preexisting war before 2001?  The turning point. There had already been the 1993 WTC bombing, the 1998 Nairobi and Kenya embassy attacks, the 1996 Khobar Towers attack (Saudi Arabia), and the 2000 USS Cole attack in Yemen.
• Why did our government not react to the terrorists’ previous attacks on our embassies and threats of a larger, more serious attack?  Lack of will, intelligence and understanding.
• How can the US counter the idea that the US or Israel did the 9/11 attack?
• Bin Laden claims he did it. The 9/11 Commission produced a mountain of evidence. Both should be widely circulated. We also need to get reputable authorities in the Arab and Muslim worlds to tell the truth.

Well take a look at what we may have to look forward too. Part One

I've been doing some research and reading of my own that the MSM, Muslims and Islamic's, aren't telling us for years and trying to share that information with all, so that we are able to understand 'the religion of peace'.

The past few days I've come across some information that I think we all need to see and what we may have to look forward too.  What I'm going to do is take part's of what I've read(links attached, for your further reading)and maybe give my thoughts & questions to it.  If anyone has anything they would like to share in a comment/words I'd appreciate it.   Thanks in advance for those that choose to read and perhaps reply.

The conflict between truth and falsehood is ongoing and will last as long as this world remains. The fact that some groups among the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
are following the people of falsehood such as the Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians, idol-worshippers and others, whilst a group is remaining steadfast to the truth despite the pressures, is all part of the decreed system of the universe. But this does not mean that we should give in and follow the ways of those who are astray, because the one who told us that this would inevitably happen also warned us against following this path, and he commanded us to adhere firmly to Islam no matter how many people deviate from it and no matter how strong they become. He told us that the blessed one is the one who adheres steadfastly to the truth no matter what the distractions, at a time when the one who does righteous deeds will earn the reward of fifty men whose deeds are like those of the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) – as was reported in the hadeeth of Abu Tha’labah al-Khushani (may Allaah be pleased with him).

It is obvious Muslims are expected to be tolerant of no one ~ even at a College which clearly has Christian roots. Perhaps the next request might be to have 'Trinity' removed from the name ~ so it doesn't appear on their diploma.

A group of students at Trinity University is lobbying trustees to drop a reference to “Our Lord” on their diplomas, arguing it does not respect the diversity of religions on campus.  “A diploma is a very personal item, and people want to proudly display it in their offices and homes,” said Sidra Qureshi, president of Trinity Diversity Connection. “By having the phrase ‘In the Year of Our Lord,' it is directly referencing Jesus Christ, and not everyone believes in Jesus Christ.”

Qureshi, who is Muslim, has led the charge to tweak the wording, winning support from student government and a campus commencement committee. Trustees are expected to consider the students' request at a May board meeting.MORE

According to another report: “I will say: ‘May he be doomed, the one who changed (the religion) after I was gone.’”
One of the most obvious manifestations of this altering of Islam and disdainfully treating the religion of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is the way in which people follow the
enemies of Allaah – may He be exalted – in everything, major or minor, in the name of development, progress and civilization, under the banners of peaceful coexistence, human brotherhood, new world
order, globalization and other dazzling but deceitful slogans.

Al-Muhajiroun was the extremist organisation that recruited or converted young Muslims and British men to their political goal of a worldwide Islamic state, starting with the Emirate of Great Britain. It was never clear whether they would recognise England, Scotland and Wales but the overall objective was clear. A troublesome development was the disbandment of this organisation which appeared to portend greater underground activity on the part of the radicals.
Hannah Strange, UK correspondent for UPI, was attending a women's conference where Sheikh Omar, the former head of Al-Muhajiroun, was setting out his philosophy: Since Britain had invaded Iraq, the covenant of security that protected these islands from Islam was now broken, and as a consequence, war was declared. No doubt these sentiments weighed heavily on his heart since his patriotism was not in doubt:

Either withdraw your own forces or don't expect Muslims not to support the Muslims abroad," said Sheikh Omar, adding that the West supports dictators abroad when they see fit. If the government met those conditions, Muslims could continue to live peacefully in Britain, he said.
"After that there will be no need to fight anybody, we've been living in peace here for years, and we can continue to live in peace," he said. "We love Britain."

However, the usual epithets on 9/11, killing all non-Muslims and blaming the Jews outweighed his love of bully beef and the Queen. It was the story that they always tell themselves. They are not to blame. They were invaded. They are merely defending themselves against the hand that is raised against them. Indeed, their pathology is a puzzling outpouring of delusional bombast reinforced by the blood of innocents. 

Their bloodcurdling enactment of 9/11 demonstrates the distance between our compassion and the hatred of these extremists.

The speakers, all leading members of the group, called for war against the kuffaar (non-Muslims) and lead chants as a projector screen showed images of dead American soldiers in Iraq. As the infamous images of two planes crashing into the twin towers of the World Trade Center replayed again and again, the rapt watchers thrust their fists in the air and chanted "Allahu Akhbar! (God is great!)"

"Nine-eleven was one example of some people who chose to show us they are men, real Muslim men," said one speaker
Muslims must also beware of "the enemy within" -- moderate Muslims such as those on the Muslim Council of Britain, he said.
They side with "the Jewish conspirators, the Jewish occupiers and the Christian crusaders," he said, and "will sell out their Muslim brothers."

Trump Spurned in Bid for Proposed NYC Islamic Center

– Donald J. Trump was spurned in an offer to purchase the site of the proposed Islamic community center near New York City’s Ground Zero for the price paid plus 25 percent.

Trump’s offer is “just a cheap attempt to get publicity and get in the limelight,” said Sharif El-Gamal, chief executive officer of Soho Properties LLC, who signed the deed to purchase the property in July 2009. He commented in an e-mail statement.
As part of the bid, any community center built would be located at least five blocks farther from the World Trade Center site, Trump said. The offer was made in a letter dated today and included in a statement received by e-mail.
“I am making this offer as a resident of New York and citizen of the United States, not because I think the location is a spectacular one (because it is not), but because it will end a very serious, inflammatory, and highly divisive situation,” Trump wrote in the letter to Hisham Elzanaty, a businessman who’s said he provided the majority of the financing for the two buildings where the center would be built.
Trump, founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. and host of the NBC television series “The Apprentice,” didn’t return a telephone call and e-mail seeking further comment.
The proposed Islamic center is two blocks north of where the World Trade Center’s twin towers were destroyed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Book Burning
Trump’s offer was made public shortly before Terry Jones, a pastor from Gainesville, Florida, announced he was canceling plans to burn copies of the Koran on Sept. 11. He said the Islamic center’s developers agreed to discuss moving to a different location.

El-Gamal said there is no deal to relocate the center.
“It is untrue that the community center known as Park51 in lower Manhattan is being moved,” he said in his e-mail. “The project will proceed as planned.”More BW

WILL MUSLIMS SERVE ON THE 911 MUSLIM TERRORIST JURY?

I am curious. Will Muslims be allowed to serve on the "trial" of the plotters of the September 11th Islamic attack on America that resulted in thousands of deaths?

Considering that we are, in effect, living under a quasi-soft sharia law, the answer to that question is, of course. There is no way Holder or any of the political elites will "profile" the jury. But they should. Will their religiosity be questioned? It should. It is germane. It is at the very core of the attack - the motivation.

Ruling on jury duty in a non-Islamic court in a non-Muslim country

Non-practicing Muslims, secular Muslims, apostates are fit to serve, but devout Muslims are not. Religious Muslims study and revere the same book as the 911 Muslims who invaded this country and attacked this country, wanting to bring it down and usher in an Islamic state. Religious Muslims believe in the same ideology that all jihadis believe in. It is Islam.

And if potential observant Muslims are queried about their allegiance, they will lie, as is their religious mandate. Taqiya, lying to advance Islam, is a religious mandate. It is your religious duty to advance Islam at any cost in servitude to allah.

Major Muslim Hasan would have made a perfect juror -- up until he mowed down scores of Americans at Fort Hood. Is that not right?
