Canadian Jews falsely object to the truth being displayed ..

A free speech  ad campaign on Vancouver’s transit system showing the territory of Palestine shrinking into the state of Israel will run in other Canadian cities this fall, has  the Canadian Jews falsely up in arms.. of course they can play their Racists, or Slander approach against it..  the images, which went up in Vancouver  show the steady occupation of Palestinian territory by Israel. “We wanted to draw attention to and shed light on the ongoing human rights violations … against Palestinians,” they are what  Anti-Israel  or  pro-Palestine ads depends on your bias?? The ads were purchased by a coalition of pro-Palestinian activists from groups including the Canada-Palestine Support Network, Boycott Israeli Apartheid Campaign, Seriously Free Speech, Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights and Canadian Friends of Sabeel, among others. -  TransLink’s advertising policy cannot violate freedom of expression under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Freedom of expression is a protected right under the Charter.” -  The ads simply show “statements of fact” and the Jewish groups are falsely objecting to the truth being posted for all to see,,. “Those who did the ads did not violate any political standards that would be common and acceptable to Canadians … They remain within the confines of the law concerning political expression and advertisements, and to say that they are against the Jewish people I think, personally, is with no grounds and I find it rather obnoxious,” Hani Faris, a political science professor at U of BC.  I too do understand no one likes to have their unrepented  sins shouted from the Housetops, the Jews especially it seems, so what? they  too do need to repent, stop their wrong doings rather. One cannot overlook Israel ‘s immoral acts because they were once chosen of God in the past. But now they have been rejected of God the last 2000 years too

Jewish groups have falsely declared strong opposition to the ads, which are displayed at a wall mural in a Vancouver SkyTrain station as well as on 15 buses, and have tried to have TransLink, a government agency, remove them.  “It is our assessment that these advertisements distort history, are malicious and essentially question the legitimacy of Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state,” the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver (JFGV) and the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA), Pacific region,  ” Now that is crap..  anyone can still question the legitimacy of Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state

And as to “it would be to be very derogatory of Israel and it’s supporters.”“In this day and age, where such supporters could be the target of hate, of violence or other acts of mischief,”  “  the ads a provocative attack on Jewish people that will incite hatred. ” “ in reality that is crap too as even Israel  still reaps what they have sowed.. they need to return the land rather… Jews  included now..

Israel oppresses the West Bank with more might and fervor than any Palestinian group has the power to counter, and criticism of this behaviour, which would be seen as contravention of international law anywhere else in the world, and someone bringing this up publicly is seen as an “attack” on the poor Israelis? Although the term anti-Semitism has wide currency, it is regarded  as a misnomer, falsely now  implying discrimination against all Semites, including all Arabs and other peoples, who now firstly are not the clear targets of anti-Semitism today as it is usually the fact. It is not the past Jewish culture being attacked now too, but rather their presently specific now bad  personal acts, poor values associated with Israel, especially when they the Jews too often and  falsely, undeniably too now, the chosen ones,   tend to think they are now really superior to all other nations too and they can do what they want, for they can do no wrong. Rather this is not so in reality, they the Jews too can be held accountable for their too often now bad acts as well… even against the Palestinians.

A neo-Nazi leader facing charges of online hate speech has been given permission to return to the internet in an attempt to prove that his anti-Semitic and racist comments are true. 

Terry Tremaine, of Saskatchewan, Canada, faces 11 criminal charges of promoting hatred relating to web postings dating back to 2004, according to Canada’s National Post.

The former University of Saskatchewan maths lecturer’s postings referred to Jews as ‘vermin’ and ‘parasites’. He also claimed ‘Hitler was a lot nicer to the Jews than they deserved’ and ‘blacks are intellectually inferior to whites’.

Tremaine is the founder of the National-Socialist Party of Canada

‘They are holding Mr. Tremaine accountable for thousands upon thousands of thousands of statements of fact, statements of opinion, statements of mixed fact and opinion,’ Doug Christie, Tremaine’s lawyer, told the newspaper.

‘Some of them – some of them – not all of them [but] certainly some of the facts are verifiable,’ he said. ‘Consequently, there are many possible defences,’ including truth.

The Immigrants and Illegals that come to America certainly aren't refusing all the Government Handouts, Grants to start businesses,  Tax free living for 5 to 7 years, Under The Table Jobs which shall I remind you is breaking a Federal Law which you seem to have no problem with!    

What about the Citizens of The United States of America don't you think they are looking for jobs they have been laid off of and are qualified for, tax cuts,  Paid  Higher Education.  Don't you also believe that most of the National Debt happened giving all of these Immigrants, Illegals, Refugees, Asylum Seekers.  Keys to the Federal Reserve, or access to SSI when they have not paid a dime into Social Security or Paid Taxes to the I.R.S. and  Uncle Sam.

Do Illegal Immigrants Pay Taxes?

Yes, illegal (undocumented/unauthorized) immigrants generally pay taxes the same way you and I pay them, but without access to most of the benefits that normally come with being a taxpayer.Once again MY ASS, many get Government Assistance.

Here’s how they pay:

Income Tax: Every time you receive a paycheck, you probably notice that something is missing. That’s because your employer automatically withholds federal, state, and local income taxes and Social Security and Medicare taxes. Immigrants also have money automatically deducted directly from their paychecks —even those who are here illegally. But how? Well, the Social Security Administration estimates that 75% of undocumented immigrants are actually on formal payrolls and are paid by check just like anyone else. They get on the payroll by using fake or fraudulent social security numbers or social security numbers of the deceased,which are easily available from counterfeiters for a couple hundred dollars. A growing number of undocumented immigrants now file their income taxes using Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs). ITINs areissued by the IRS for filing purposes only and do not provide permission to work. According to the most recent estimates, at least 3 million unauthorized immigrants filed income taxes using ITINs in 2009. (NOTE: the IRS does not report undocumented immigrants to the Department of Homeland Security.)

Sales Tax: Every time you buy something, you pay sales tax. That money goes to state and local governments. Staying at a hotel or renting a car, you pay state and local taxes. If you fill up your gas tank, you automatically pay state and federal gasoline taxes. If you buy liquor or cigarettes, you automatically pay various local, state, and federal excise taxes. Immigrants—legal and illegal—all buy things, and thus pay these taxes as part of their purchase.

The two articles  that I'm going to use are just examples one from 1999 and one  from 2009 so I'm very sure the dollar amounts are much higher. Oh yeah I forgot, they aren't looking for handouts my ass!

For immigrants, the passage of federal welfare reform meant much more than ending the entitlement to cash assistance. The law restricted noncitizen eligibility for a wide range of public programs, including Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), food stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Medicaid, and it gave states broad new authority to set social welfare policy for immigrants.

Since the law's enactment, the President and Congress have restored many, but not all, of the benefits from which immigrants were originally barred. Many children, elderly, and disabled immigrants have had their eligibility for food stamps and SSI restored. But most working-age adults remain ineligible for food stamps and most immigrants entering the United States after the law's passage are ineligible for the major federal assistance programs for at least five years.

How Much Do Illegal Immigrants REALLY Cost the United States?

A report by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) cited several interesting statistics based on census data. Some of these facts may be familiar to long-time readers… but I wanted each of you to know the enormous costs placed on the United States…

Our government continues to claim that the war on terror is bankrupting us. But what about these numbers? You do the math…

• $11 billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments.
• Illegal households only pay about one-third the amount of federal taxes that non-illegal households pay.
• Illegal households create a net fiscal deficit at the federal level of more than $10 billion a year. If given amnesty, this number could grow to more than $29 billion.
• $1.9 billion dollars a year is spent on food-assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

Let's see the DHS is full of all kinds of surprises . . . . . (which don't include protecting borders)

First the DHS is 'Clueless' about how many are here without papers:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) only takes action against a “small portion” of foreigners who overstay their visa—like several of the 9/11 terrorists—and allows hundreds of thousands to enter the United States without proper authorization under a provision that already relaxes scrutiny for dozens of countries.

It gets better. When congressional investigators demanded answers from the agency, officials said they had not yet completed a review of the cases to determine the extent of the risk. Your government at work! It’s as if nothing has been learned from the 2001 terrorist attacks, when security was so lax that Middle Eastern extremists slipped right through to plan their plot from inside the country.

Outlined in an investigative congressional report, these lapses are of special concern. The first involves foreigners who enter the U.S. from 36 countries that have special visa waiver agreements with Uncle Sam. They still need authorization, though the system is more lax than a typical visa process. Foreigners must comply with a special DHS Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) that requires them to submit biographical information and answer eligibility questions before traveling.

Unlawful presence (ULP) is defined as presence after the expiration of the period of stay authorized by the Department of Homeland Security, or any presence without being admitted or paroled.

WHAT TRIGGERS UNLAWFUL PRESENCE?

• An individual who is present in the U.S. without inspection accrues ULP from the date of the unlawful arrival, unless she is otherwise protected from the accrual of ULP.
• Similarly, an individual paroled into the U.S. will accumulate ULP once the parole is no longer in effect, unless she is otherwise protected from the accrual of ULP.
• Note that an individual who obtained permission to come into the U.S. by making a knowingly false claim to U.S. citizenship has not been inspected and admitted, and thus accrues ULP from the date of arrival.
• The authorized period of stay is normally either noted on the I-94, or created by statute or by USCIS policy.

In its quest to implement stealth amnesty, the Obama Administration is working behind the scenes to halt the deportation of certain illegal immigrants by granting them “unlawful presence waivers.”

The new measure would apply to illegal aliens who are relatives of American citizens. Here is how it would work, according to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announcement posted in today’s Federal Register, the daily journal of the U.S. government; the agency will grant “unlawful presence waivers” to illegal aliens who can prove they have a relative that’s a U.S. citizen.

Currently such aliens must return to their native country and request a waiver of inadmissibility in an existing overseas immigrant visa process. In other words, they must enter the U.S. legally as thousands of foreigners do on a yearly basis. Besides the obvious security issues, changing this would be like rewarding bad behavior in a child. It doesn’t make sense. 

But the system often causes U.S. citizens to be separated for extended periods from their immediate relatives,” according to the DHS. The proposed changes, first announced in January, will significantly reduce the length of time U.S. citizens are separated from their loved ones while required to remain outside the United States during the current visa processing system.

Lars Vilks attacked by muslims in Sweden.

Lars Vilks, the cartoonist who created outrage in the Muslim community by depicting Mohammed as a dog in a cartoon had a riot break out at his talk about free speech and freedom of creativity at Uppsala University in Sweden. Vilks was not injured in the incident; however his glasses were broken. There was a lot of chaos as numerous young men stormed the small stage area where Vilks was speaking. They put up a lot of resistance against the police who were trying to subdue them. Eventually they were also sprayed with pepper spray.

Offended By Yard Art. . .

“Say no to the ghetto. White Power. Mt. Greenwood, the next Englewood.” He also hung a white noose next to the sign. When confronted by a reporter with Fox-TV, Corrigan claimed the display was “yard art.”

Apparently, Corrigan has not broken any laws, even though plenty of people will see his sign as offensive and racist. Although the City of Chicago’s Commission on Human Relations has contacted Corrigan with the hope of persuading him to remove the racist sign, the agency has no authority to impose any fine.
Since the story broke Tuesday night, Corrigan’s house in the 9900 block of South Fairfield has been picketed by angry black protesters.
On Wednesday afternoon, Corrigan covered the sign with a tarp.
Frankly, I’m more outraged by Corrigan’s white noose than I am his racist sign. Corrigan’s ugly words were meant to insult prospective home buyers.
But hanging a white noose, along with the racist speech, can only be interpreted as an act of aggression and intimidation.
Because there is no law against someone being racist, Chicago Police are unable to charge Corrigan with any crimes.
Unfortunately, you cannot arrest someone for being mean-spirited.
But neither the police nor the Commission on Human Relations should let the noose slide. Corrigan should be told to remove it or face charges of disorderly conduct.
As for the racist sign, Corrigan did prospective homeowners a favor. There is nothing worst than not knowing you are living next door to someone who does not want you there.More

While freedom of the press remains strong in the U.S., where it is guaranteed in the Constitution, it is under fire in other parts of the world. In recent opinion columns, both the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times have sounded alarms over several fronts that threaten a free press globally.

Subjects of negative stories may forgo a lawsuit in the U.S., figuring American protections set the bar too high for plaintiffs, and instead file a lawsuit in Britain. In the U.S., the subject would have to prove that the book or article was false, defamatory and recklessly reported; under British law the burden of proof is on the author to prove that the reporting is true.

Result: Important stories may not get reported and written. Exhibit 1 is the work of Rachel Ehrenfeld, who wrote a book in 2003 alleging that a prominent Saudi businessman financed Islamic terrorism. The book was published in the United States and not widely available elsewhere,
This sort of “libel tourism” is a not just a threat to the livelihood of writers. It threatens important investigation that only a free press can do.
“The Web means publishing anywhere means publishing everywhere, thus subjecting authors and publishers to litigation in pro-plaintiff jurisdictions,” Crovitz wrote. “Exposes that meet U.S. standards for fairness and accuracy may not get published anywhere for fear of litigation.”  The Internet has the power and reach to expand freedom by making sure people around the world have information about what their country and other countries are doing. We should at least do our part in the U.S. by making sure that material published here is protected from lawsuits brought in overseas courts.More

– A Kentucky man has been charged with posting a poem threatening President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama on a white supremacist Web site.
U.S. Secret Service Special Agent Stephan M. Pazenzia said Johnny Logan Spencer Jr., 27, of Louisville wrote and posted the poem, titled “The Sniper,” on a page called NewSaxon.org. The site is described as an “Online Community for Whites by Whites.” The poem was posted in August 2007, according to an arrest affidavit.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Dave Whalin on Friday ordered Spencer released on $25,000 bond, but kept under house arrest at a family member’s home. He’s charged with making threats against the president and threatening to kill or injure a major candidate for the office of the president.
The poem describes a gunman shooting and killing a “tyrant” later identified as the president, setting off panic in the wake of the fatal shot being fired.

Spencer used the online moniker “Pain1488,” a reference to a phrase used by white nationalists as well as an homage to Adolf Hitler.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Phillip Chance told Whalin that, even though investigators linked no weapons to Spencer, the poem doesn’t qualify as protected political speech.
“This is a threat by an individual against an individual simply because of who he is,” Chance said. “He is the president and he is black.”
Federal public defender Laura Wyrosdick said no one took action to harm Obama in the two years the poem has been publicly available.
The Secret Service became aware of the poem just after the 2008 election that made Obama the first black president in the country’s history. An arrest affidavit says the Secret Service identified Spencer as the author, but never tracked him down and only referenced the writing in a report on the white supremacist National Socialist movement.
The affidavit does not say why the Secret Service made no effort to arrest Spencer for more than 15 months. The investigation didn’t start until a week ago, when an informant faxed a copy of the writings to the FBI, Pazenzia said.More from Source

Victim of Assault-Robbery, Arrested for using the ‘N’ Word

A Bucks County woman who had been robbed and left bleeding outside the Tweeter Center in Camden just didn’t behave well as a crime victim, or so police thought.

Camden Detective Maurice Gibson, who alleges that Kimberly Halpin made racial slurs in describing her assailants, decided that she should be handcuffed, arrested, and jailed.

Their he-said, she-said trial landed before U.S. District Judge Renee Bumb this week. And a jury of five women and three men unanimously decided yesterday that the detective fabricated information to justify the June 19, 2004, arrest.

Halpin, 29, who is white and now works as a substance and alcohol abuse counselor, sued Camden police for false arrest after she was charged with disorderly conduct while trying to report that she had been mugged as she left an all-day music festival at the Tweeter Center. Gibson, who is African American and has been a police officer for 16 years, said he tried to take Halpin’s report, but she cried too much, was irate, cursed, and then twice used the “N-word” in describing the two assailants who took her backpack, purse, car keys, money, and cell phone.
