Bus Driver Assaulted by a Black Mother

Do you think the public or anyone is aware of this happening in Columbus Ohio, aside from those that know the victim. The atrocities that Bus Drivers must endure on a daily basis is insane and for what meager pay they are given. All rights of School Bus Drivers are stripped from them. They must endure verbal assaults, beaten, maced, being surrounded by groups of students who beat upon them. You never hear about that. Why other then the fact that the majority of these assailants are Black students or from another Ethnic Group. This poor woman was beaten all because of a lying little BLACK child, and what is wrong with the Police. Upon further investigating what I could find this poor badly Beaten 50 Year old White Bus Driver hasn't filed charges against the you know Ghetto Mother.........errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

February 28, 2008 was a typical afternoon for the middle aged 50 year old White Columbus Public School, bus driver. She arrived at the elementary school as normal, picked the students up who where being loud and wouldn’t stay in their seats, hitting each other, shouting verbal insults, hitting and horse playing. M W. asked the students to calm down and return to their seats, after not listening M.W, pulled the School Bus over and shut it down, a tactic many school bus drivers do to regain order.

M.W. opened the Log Book and began reading in hopes the children would calm down and she said, “I’m not moving until you CALM DOWN.” When they still refused to listen, M W rolled Logbook up walking down the aisle smacking her hand with the Logbook saying, “You need to Sit Down, Calm Down and Be Quite or I’m not moving this Bus.”

A student went home and told his parents that the driver had hit them. Then on February 29, 2008 when M. W, in the afternoon reached the bus stop of the child that claimed assaults Mother and several other family members where standing there. M W let students off the bus at Vineshire and Dundee that is when the mother got on the bus attacking bus driver M W.

The police came questioning all involved the Mother said, “I did it, I did it, No ones going to touch my child.” The police let the woman go and told M. W to go downtown to file charges, but they let the woman go. The bus driver left with these injuries. Two Black eyes, 10/12 Lumps on her head, a cracked eye socket, bruising on arms where she was trying to defend herself covering face.

What is wrong with this picture, and what is wrong with the police department for not arresting the mother, even after she admitted beating the poor woman who was attempting to do her job. All over a lying little brat, that apparently wasn’t taught to listen to those in authority.

Report Narrative

The victim stated listed suspect walked up the steps of Columbus Public school bus #524 and confronted the victim(bus driver) asking the victim why she struck the suspect's child in the head with a book. The victim stated that she did not strike the child and informed the suspect to get off the bus. The suspect then punched the victim in the face causing a small cut beneath the victim's left eye and swelling to the victim's lip. The suspect stated that she confronted the school bus driver about her child being struck. The suspect claimed the victim shoved the suspect. The suspect stated she punched the victim after being shoved. Both parties were referred to the prosecutors office. Wit#1 a friend of the suspect gave the same account as listed suspect.
