On June 6th, a group from the Satanic Temple in Los Angeles will use GPS technology to construct a giant pentagram around the city of Lancaster, which is located in northern Los Angeles County.  The goal is to “raise awareness” for Satanism, and it looks like this event has already accomplished that goal.  Of course this particular date was chosen because it corresponds closely to “666” and the Mark of the Beast that we read about in the Book of Revelation, and therefore this little group of Satanists will receive some unusual media attention this week.  But as you will see below, there are other things that we should be far more concerned about than this.

But first let’s address this giant pentagram that is going to be constructed in southern California.  The following details come from the website of the Satanic Temple in Los Angeles via L.A. Weekly…

The Pentagram is a star with five points. Using GPS technology we will place the five points of the star so that the Pentagram will encompass your entire city. Another sad aspect of Child Abuse that ruins innocent lives Being Falsely Accused

 I'm all for informing, warning,  stopping sexual predators/abusers in or near schools, homes, day cares, parks and support to victims, concerned parents,  and their families by them with counseling,  safe house, shelters, etc,. in ways to help in protecting the lives of innocent victims of Child Abuse in all it's forms and helping to make sure the nightmares that children that grow up to be adults that are scared by such abuses, but it's also a crime for innocent parents, alleged abusers to be labeled with that scarlet letter of Child Abuser and the police, teachers, social workers, some of the medical community that go along with them,   for themselves for whatever reason to a spoiled child that doesn't get there way about something for whatever reason, threatening to call the police or Childrens Service to report abuses that aren't there. 

 Having this label on your record is & would be the same as being labeled Jeffery Dahmer or worse.

Rules for the Falsely Accused of Child Sexual Abuse

Rule No. 1

Nothing an accused or alleged victim can say or do will convince a child saver (Child Protective Services, Child Advocacy Prosecutor, Child Advocacy Center Caseworker, Family Advocacy Prosecutor, Family Advocacy Center Caseworker, police Detective, or Victim’s Advocate) that the abuse did not occur. Nothing!

Rule No. 2

Talking to Child Protective Services or the Police Investigator, or Anyone without an Attorney Present is the Single Worst Thing a Wrongfully Accused Person Can do.

Rule No. 3

In most cases an experienced attorney will not allow you to talk to Child Protective Services or the police or give a statement. The attorney knows whatever you say will be used against you.

What If I Was Wrong… On Purpose? (False Reports)

    You are protected from legal repercussions when making a report in good faith. However, reporters who make reports in “bad faith” can be punished. The law provides civil and/or criminal liability for knowingly filing a false report. The reporter must have “willfully” or “intentionally” made a false report of child abuse or neglect to CPS. This means that the reporter knew that the report was false or knew that it was likely that the report was false.
    Cases of false reporting by mandated reporters are few and far between. False reports are more often experienced in non-mandated reports. Disgruntled neighbors and ex-lovers might make a report to CPS seeking to disrupt and intentionally injure a family. A reporter who makes a false report is subject to criminal and civil action.

For example, California’s bail bonds system was recently declared unconstitutional, yet the PBUS has not challenged the legal system in the courts.
“I worked with the California Bail Agents Association to get them on as interveners in the case so that the industry can mount a significant challenge to this incredibly disastrous suit,” says Beth. “The bail industry provides a service to the government and helps ensure the public’s safety. Removing the bail system would have a deleterious effect on the criminal justice system. It is imperative that our association, under strong leadership, fight every attempt by these social justice lackeys to remove cash bail when their only goal is to make it easier for the bad guys to get out of jail.”
