Who is (R) Jim Russell, someone the ADL doesn’t want you to know or vote for.

Who is (R) Jim Russell, someone the ADL doesn’t want you to know or vote for.

In no way was the title to this article to denounce  this canadite  or in no way denouncing White European/American values, It was posted that way because the ADL/Dems want New York/Americans to think that what Jim Russell stands for is bad, when it’s not. He is the type of Politician we want in office.

Shame on anyone for not being able to see that~ ‘Someone the ADL doesn’t want you to Know or Vote for’
There have been times when I wanted to label a politician a “Nazi.” For obvious reasons I have demurred. That ends today with Republican Congressional candidate Jim Russell. That word actually applies to him.
Jim Russell is running for Congress in New York’s 18th District, which is an area just north of New York City with parts of the district bordering on Connecticut. Russell, who is challenging longtime Democratic incumbent, Rita Lowery, has been endorsed by the state’s Republican party and the state Conservative party.
Jim Russell
Jim Russell

In 2001, he wrote an essay titled “The Western Contribution to World History”, which was published in the Occidental Quarterly, Russell rallied like-minded people against interracial relationships and school integration. In that essay, he praised anti-Semitic theories. He praised and touted studies linking race to IQ. He has said parents need to teach their children “appropriate ethnic boundaries” for marriage and socializing.more

His own party leaders are repudiating the Republican candidate seeking to unseat 11-term incumbent Rep. Nita Lowey in Westchester, and the Anti-Defamation League is calling him a “white supremacist with anti-Semitic overtones.”  The candidate, Jim Russell, 56, ran against Lowey two years ago and was soundly defeated by a 37 percent margin. But Russell’s long-held views on race and Jews did not surface until last month when the Politico website carried a story about a 2001 article Russell wrote in the Occidental Quarterly, described by the ADL as a “racist journal.”

The ADL said Russell is just one of six bigots running for office in November and that the Internet is empowering these people to run.  In the article, Russell quoted from T.S. Eliot to describe conditions for an optimal society: “The population should be homogeneous. What is still more important is unity of religious background, and reasons of race and culture combine to make any large number of free-thinking Jews undesirable.”

In another section, he quotes the following passage: “There is now afoot a conscious effort to de-Europeanize and to re-Judaize Christianity … One possible strategy to counter these efforts is to encourage a re-Europeanization of Christianity into a European folk religion.”

And Russell decried “media moguls who deliberately popularize miscegenation in films directed toward adolescents and pre-adolescents. In the midst of this onslaught against our youth, parents need to be reminded that they have a natural obligation, as essential as providing food and shelter, to instill in their children an acceptance of appropriate ethnic boundaries for socialization and for marriage.”more

Israel’s Black Panthers Remembered

Shortly after Israel’s victory in the War of Independence, the Jewish state took in a mass exodus of Jews from Arab lands, first in 1949, and then again in 1956.
Jews from Arab lands, called Mizrahim, came to Israel not because they were ardent Zionists, but because their host Arab countries, angered by the establishment of the State of Israel, had turned against them.
When the Mizrahim arrived in Israel, they harbored a deep sense of grievance towards European Zionists, which was compounded by their settlement in Israel’s least developed neighborhoods — mostly the ones vacated by Arabs after the war — and their paltry job options. Mizrahi children were put in trade schools rather than on a college degree track, which meant they ended up becoming mechanics, plumbers, hairdressers and the like, prolonging their stay in poverty. Something, they felt, had to change.

By the 1970s, Mizrahim made up more than half of Israel’s population, but lacking the ability to change things from within its institutions, then as now dominated by Ashkenazi Jews, thousands took to the streets.
1971, a Mizrahi group called the Black Panthers, modeled on the black movement in American, began what many today regard as the beginning of Mizrahi civil rights.
“They decided not to play by the rules anymore,” said Sami Shalom Chetrit, a professor at Queens College and co-director of film about the Israeli Black Panthers,
Chetrit’s film, titled “The Black Panthers (in Israel) Speak,” co-directed with Eli Hamo, first aired in Israel in 2002 and shed light on a brief chapter in the country’s history that many feel has been deliberately ignored.more

New Black Panther King Shamir Shabazz: Whites Use Black Babies as Alligator Bait

So, please tell me when was the last time you used a black baby for alligator bait?  Shabazz is fricking insane & Talk about a racist.  If they want to go back to Africa so bad, I really don't see anyone standing in their way or holding them back, but themselves.

This is the man the Obama/Holder Justice Department chose to let off with a slap on the wrist.

OK, First you want to ‘Re-Write History’, now ‘Race-Washing’ Childrens Books?

OK, First you want to ‘Re-Write History’, now ‘Race-Washing’ Childrens Books?

One of my favorite childhood books was Hugh Lofting’s Doctor Dolittle. I’ve the original book and as a young teacher realized that it was… um… horribly… racist and so kept it home and did not recommend it. At one point a parent expressed shock to me that it was on the reading list for the grade above mine. When I told the teacher she showed me a version of the book in which the racist storyline had been completely removed. (Specifics about this are here.) I wasn’t sure what to think about that. Yes, the original version is unquestionably racist and problematic for kids, but to rework it without the author’s okay (even if he is dead)? It made me then and still makes me very uneasy.

Now Phil Nel has picked up the gauntlet, so to speak, with his superb post, “Can Censoring a Children’s Book Remove Its Prejudices?” In it he focuses on the way Roald Dahl’s Oompa-Loompas in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory were changed over the years (with the author’s okay) and the changes made to Lofting’s book (not with his okay, he being deceased).
Although the book has always been popular, over the years a number of prominent individuals have spoken critically of the novel. Children’s novelist and literary historian John Rowe Townsend has described the book as “fantasy of an almost literally nauseating kind” and accusing it of “astonishing insensitivity” regarding the original portrayal of the Oompa-Loompas as black pygmies,[2] although Dahl did revise this later (See below)more

What!  That is just crazy how could you interrupt this as an African Pygmies?

What I appreciate so much about Phil’s post is that he goes far beyond considering these fixes to the overall racist sensibilities in the two books — how the fixes are only surface and leave very problematic viewpoints in the books.
And then what do you with these books and kids today? It is a hard, hard call.more HP

Gingrich Calls For Federal Ban On Shariah Law In US

The second morning of speeches at the Values Voter Summit here in DC was dominated by a man who is swiftly becoming the nation's spokesperson for Islamophobia -- former House speaker Newt Gingrich. Fresh off the release of his Islam-focused film "America At Risk," Gingrich told the crowd at VVS that it's time to take federal action to prevent Shariah Law from infiltrating courtrooms in the US.
"We should have a federal law that says sharia law cannot be recognized by any court in the United States," Gingrich said to a standing ovation from the audience. The law will let judges know, Gingrich said, that "no judge will remain in office that tried to use sharia law."

SHARIA LAW

Gingrich made a not-so-subtle reference to the right wing meme about freshly-minted Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan which claims that Kagan is "sympathetic" to Shariah and -- as some suggested during her confirmation hearings -- might allow it to be recognized as law in the United States.
But beyond the Kagan hit, Gingrich's anti-Shariah talk inserted him directly into the most extreme end of the Islamophobic push-back against mosque projects all over the country.

Opponents of Islamic building projects in New York City, Tennessee and Temecula, California and Florence, Kentucky have often raised fears that the goal of Muslims seeking to build new houses of worship is to slowly make America comfortable with Shariah before using political power to allow it to become the law of the land.MORE

Perfect Example Of Double Standard In America

Perfect Example Of Double Standard In America

(this story isn't about just religion, I used that as an example to show another form of double standard that whites deal with)

Alright here is another prime example of a Racial, Religious, Free Speech  double standard facing Whites today, in the United States.  We already saw it on the Ninth anniversary of Sept 11th.  The country is all up in arms that we may offend the Muslim/Islamic religion if the Quran is burnt.  Never-mind that Americans might be offended if anything that America holds scared in their hearts [their race, their religions, the flag, the Constitution, liberty  is stomped on.  I forgot we would be violating their ‘civil’ rights and right of ‘free speech’ .
Among various other incidents recently posted and  throughout the years, not only from Blacks, Mexicans,   Muslims/Islam, buy Jews as well as other whites.

“This rally was very big today and everybody was very angry at the American devils who burned the Koran,” Mohamed Suleban, a demonstrator, told AFP.

“I saw some pictures that were posted on the Internet showing two white guys burning the Koran. You cannot imagine how my heart felt,” he said.

“We will kill Americans over this, we will make them regret it,” said Shueyb Hasan
If anything is done or spoken in defense of the White Race, hero’s honored, Religion, Beliefs we are labeled and crucified by all including other whites.  My question I guess is where was homeland security, and all the other government  organizations while we where being threatened etc?  Oh they are right here instead:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security, the Delaware State Police and the Bethany Beach Police Department are aware of the event, said Sen. George Bunting, D-Bethany Beach.”This is a sad part of our society,” Bunting said. “It is unfortunate that any town would be tainted with this.”
“Our organization supports the advancement and survival of the white race,” he said. “We are proud of who we are, and we’re proud of our European heritage.”

An upcoming rally hosted by the Aryan Nations Church of Jesus Christ Christians, a white patriotism group based out of Chillicothe, Ohio, has local officials and police agencies on alert.
The group has been distributing flyers advertising a “White Patriot Day” to be held on the beach Sept. 18.
Paul Mullet, national director of the organization, said various topics — including illegal immigration and the proposed mosque at Ground Zero in New York City — will be discussed at the rally.

“Our organization supports the advancement and survival of the white race,” he said. “We are proud of who we are, and we’re proud of our European heritage.”
Mullet said the group is often incorrectly labeled as “a bunch of racists.”more

“Allahu Akbar” (God is greatest) and “Down with America”

“Anti-American demonstrations are taking place in every part of the country. The aim is to show the enemy the number of angry Muslims who follow the Holy Koran they burned,” Rage said.  Florida pastor Terry Jones cancelled his plans at the weekend under pressure from the White House, but the Somali group posted pictures of individuals burning the holy Muslim book on its websites on Tuesday and called the protest.

“The Americans are trying to hide these evil acts from the public but we know and we saw what they did,” Sheikh Ali Mohamoud Rage, one of the insurgent group’s leaders and its main spokesman, told the crowd.
“This will draw immediate retaliation from the billions of Muslims around the world,” Rage said. The stadium in the war-battered city was filled with orderly rows of protestors listening to radical Shebab clerics and chanting “Allahu Akbar” (God is greatest) and “Down with America”.

“We will kill Americans over this, we will make them regret it,” said Shueyb Hasan, another 18-year-old demonstrator.

Groups of women wearing head-to-toe black abayas held open Korans while some children were also encouraged to attend. One turbaned child no older than 10 could be seen brandishing a handgun and holding a Koran under his arm.  “Today, brothers and sisters, we are here to voice our displeasure with this blatant desecration of our Koran by American church leaders,” Rage said.more

Mind Control America's Secret War

I personally believe the new 'Mind Control'  substance of today that is readily prescribed is all of Anti-Depressants,   anxiety drugs and all that school age children are overdosed with daily.  I still can not believe that the FDA approves these medications with warnings of suicide, death. English Teen denied entry into U.S.A. because of E-mail to Obama

English Teen denied entry into U.S.A. because of E-mail to Obama

Drunk-dialing can get you in trouble with your girlfriend. Drunk e-mailing the President of the United States, however, can get you banned from the country – permanently.
That’s what apparently happened to Luke Angel, a British teen who sent a curse-laden message to the White House directed at President Obama.

THE ALIEN ENEMIES ACT
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, That whenever there shall be a declared war between the United States and any foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion shall be perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States, by any foreign nation or government, and the President of the United States shall make public proclamation of the event, all natives, citizens, denizens, or subjects of the hostile nation or government, being males of the age of fourteen years and upwards, who shall be within the United States, and not actually naturalized, shall be liable to be apprehended, restrained, secured and removed, as alien enemies. And the President of the United States shall be, and he is hereby authorized, in any event, as aforesaid, by his proclamation thereof, or other public act, to direct the conduct to be observed, on the part of the United States, towards the aliens who shall become liable, as aforesaid; the manner and degree of the restraint to which they shall be subject, and in what cases, and upon what security their residence shall be permitted, and to provide for the removal of those, who, not being permitted to reside within the United States, shall refuse or neglect to depart therefrom; and to establish any other regulations which shall be found necessary in the premises and for the public safety: Provided, that aliens resident within the United States, who shall become liable as enemies, in the manner aforesaid, and who shall not be chargeable with actual hostility, or other crime against the public safety, shall be allowed, for the recovery, disposal, and removal of their goods and effects, and for their departure, the full time which is, or shall be stipulated by any treaty, where any shall have been between the United States, and the hostile nation or government, of which they shall be natives, citizens, denizens or subjects: and where no such treaty shall have existed, more
“The individual had sent an email to the White House which was full of abusive and threatening language,” a police spokesperson told the British newspaper, Bedfordshire On Sunday.
Officers visited Angel at his home in Silsoe, a town in Bedfordshire, England, during which time the teen admitted to sending the e-mail, although he couldn’t remember what he wrote.
“I don’t remember exactly what I wrote as I was drunk,” he told The Sun. “But I think I called Barack Obama a pr—. It was silly – the sort of thing you do when you’re a teenager and have had a few.”
His e-mail, however, was brought to the attention of government officials who didn’t find it quite so funny.
“The police who came ‘round took my picture and told me I was banned from America forever,” the 17-year-old said.
The U.S. Customs & Border Protection agency, which is part of the Department of Homeland Security and is in charge of enforcing immigration law, said it “would not discuss” specific cases.more

Why isn’t this a crime, where’s all the media, and why are they still here?

“Burn, Burn U.S.A.,” Muslims Chant While Burning U.S. Flag
Angry Muslims protest the Terry Jones “Burn a Quran Day” by burning the United States flag, and chanting “Burn, Burn U.S.A!” on September 11th

Alright, just a thought if they hate the freedoms the United States and other countries have offered. Why is this allowed? Why are they still here? Why must we be made to be in fear because they may retaliate if there 'Holy Book" is burnt?

Qur'an set on Fire at Ground Zero on 9/11

On September 11, 2010 a man holding a Koran just feet away from Ground Zero and Park51, set fire to its pages. “If they can burn American flags, I can burn the Koran,” he shouted. The media, pedestrians, and other New Yorkers stood stunned to witness this act on such a sacred day.

Well take a look at what we may have to look forward too. Part One

I've been doing some research and reading of my own that the MSM, Muslims and Islamic's, aren't telling us for years and trying to share that information with all, so that we are able to understand 'the religion of peace'.

The past few days I've come across some information that I think we all need to see and what we may have to look forward too.  What I'm going to do is take part's of what I've read(links attached, for your further reading)and maybe give my thoughts & questions to it.  If anyone has anything they would like to share in a comment/words I'd appreciate it.   Thanks in advance for those that choose to read and perhaps reply.

non-Muslim Religious Celebrations and Ruling on participataing

The conflict between truth and falsehood is ongoing and will last as long as this world remains. The fact that some groups among the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
are following the people of falsehood such as the Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians, idol-worshippers and others, whilst a group is remaining steadfast to the truth despite the pressures, is all part of the decreed system of the universe. But this does not mean that we should give in and follow the ways of those who are astray, because the one who told us that this would inevitably happen also warned us against following this path, and he commanded us to adhere firmly to Islam no matter how many people deviate from it and no matter how strong they become. He told us that the blessed one is the one who adheres steadfastly to the truth no matter what the distractions, at a time when the one who does righteous deeds will earn the reward of fifty men whose deeds are like those of the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) – as was reported in the hadeeth of Abu Tha’labah al-Khushani (may Allaah be pleased with him).

Egypt: Muslims burn Christian man alive, stab his father to death

Muslims Attack Christianity At Trinity University

*does this mean that since they are so offended by 'Our Lord' does that mean they are offended by taking American Money that says 'In God We Trust'?*

story below taken from Islamization Watch

It is obvious Muslims are expected to be tolerant of no one ~ even at a College which clearly has Christian roots. Perhaps the next request might be to have 'Trinity' removed from the name ~ so it doesn't appear on their diploma.

A group of students at Trinity University is lobbying trustees to drop a reference to “Our Lord” on their diplomas, arguing it does not respect the diversity of religions on campus.  “A diploma is a very personal item, and people want to proudly display it in their offices and homes,” said Sidra Qureshi, president of Trinity Diversity Connection. “By having the phrase ‘In the Year of Our Lord,' it is directly referencing Jesus Christ, and not everyone believes in Jesus Christ.”

Qureshi, who is Muslim, has led the charge to tweak the wording, winning support from student government and a campus commencement committee. Trustees are expected to consider the students' request at a May board meeting.MORE

“I will precede you to the Cistern, and men from among you will be brought to me, and when I stretch forth my hand to them, they will be pulled away. I will say, ‘O Lord! My followers!’ and it will be said:
You do not know what they innovated after you were gone.’
According to another report: “I will say: ‘May he be doomed, the one who changed (the religion) after I was gone.’”
One of the most obvious manifestations of this altering of Islam and disdainfully treating the religion of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is the way in which people follow the
enemies of Allaah – may He be exalted – in everything, major or minor, in the name of development, progress and civilization, under the banners of peaceful coexistence, human brotherhood, new world
order, globalization and other dazzling but deceitful slogans.

* Alright, hasn't America already been basically chastised and stripped of many of our traditions already due to Muslims/Islamics taking offense and made to rearrange America and other European countries  lives so that they weren't or aren't offended.*

“and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way” [al-Maa’idah 5:48]
“For every nation We have ordained religious ceremonies which they must follow” [al-Hajj 22:67] – which means, a festival which is for them alone.
Many Muslims have been led astray by the dazzling attractions of the enemies of Allaah, especially the Christians with their major festivals such as the celebration of the birth of the Messiah (peace be upon
him) – i.e., Christmas – and the Christian New Year. They attend Christian parties on these occasions in their (Christians’) countries

kuffaar

Al-Muhajiroun was the extremist organisation that recruited or converted young Muslims and British men to their political goal of a worldwide Islamic state, starting with the Emirate of Great Britain. It was never clear whether they would recognise England, Scotland and Wales but the overall objective was clear. A troublesome development was the disbandment of this organisation which appeared to portend greater underground activity on the part of the radicals.
Hannah Strange, UK correspondent for UPI, was attending a women's conference where Sheikh Omar, the former head of Al-Muhajiroun, was setting out his philosophy: Since Britain had invaded Iraq, the covenant of security that protected these islands from Islam was now broken, and as a consequence, war was declared. No doubt these sentiments weighed heavily on his heart since his patriotism was not in doubt:
Either withdraw your own forces or don't expect Muslims not to support the Muslims abroad," said Sheikh Omar, adding that the West supports dictators abroad when they see fit. If the government met those conditions, Muslims could continue to live peacefully in Britain, he said.
"After that there will be no need to fight anybody, we've been living in peace here for years, and we can continue to live in peace," he said. "We love Britain."
However, the usual epithets on 9/11, killing all non-Muslims and blaming the Jews outweighed his love of bully beef and the Queen. It was the story that they always tell themselves. They are not to blame. They were invaded. They are merely defending themselves against the hand that is raised against them. Indeed, their pathology is a puzzling outpouring of delusional bombast reinforced by the blood of innocents.

Their bloodcurdling enactment of 9/11 demonstrates the distance between our compassion and the hatred of these extremists.

The speakers, all leading members of the group, called for war against the kuffaar (non-Muslims) and lead chants as a projector screen showed images of dead American soldiers in Iraq. As the infamous images of two planes crashing into the twin towers of the World Trade Center replayed again and again, the rapt watchers thrust their fists in the air and chanted "Allahu Akhbar! (God is great!)"

"Nine-eleven was one example of some people who chose to show us they are men, real Muslim men," said one speaker
Muslims must also beware of "the enemy within" -- moderate Muslims such as those on the Muslim Council of Britain, he said.
They side with "the Jewish conspirators, the Jewish occupiers and the Christian crusaders," he said, and "will sell out their Muslim brothers."

Trump Spurned in Bid for Proposed NYC Islamic Center

– Donald J. Trump was spurned in an offer to purchase the site of the proposed Islamic community center near New York City’s Ground Zero for the price paid plus 25 percent.

Trump’s offer is “just a cheap attempt to get publicity and get in the limelight,” said Sharif El-Gamal, chief executive officer of Soho Properties LLC, who signed the deed to purchase the property in July 2009. He commented in an e-mail statement.
As part of the bid, any community center built would be located at least five blocks farther from the World Trade Center site, Trump said. The offer was made in a letter dated today and included in a statement received by e-mail.
“I am making this offer as a resident of New York and citizen of the United States, not because I think the location is a spectacular one (because it is not), but because it will end a very serious, inflammatory, and highly divisive situation,” Trump wrote in the letter to Hisham Elzanaty, a businessman who’s said he provided the majority of the financing for the two buildings where the center would be built.
Trump, founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. and host of the NBC television series “The Apprentice,” didn’t return a telephone call and e-mail seeking further comment.
The proposed Islamic center is two blocks north of where the World Trade Center’s twin towers were destroyed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Book Burning
Trump’s offer was made public shortly before Terry Jones, a pastor from Gainesville, Florida, announced he was canceling plans to burn copies of the Koran on Sept. 11. He said the Islamic center’s developers agreed to discuss moving to a different location.

El-Gamal said there is no deal to relocate the center.
“It is untrue that the community center known as Park51 in lower Manhattan is being moved,” he said in his e-mail. “The project will proceed as planned.”More BW

Rev. Jones cancels Quran burning, after given promise of mosque move

The White House added its voice to warnings that the move could trigger outrage around the Islamic world and endanger the lives of US soldiers. A spokeswoman for EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton said the European Union roundly “condemns” the plans.  “The High Representative respects all kinds of religious beliefs and this is not the right way to go,” the spokesperson told reporters.

Arab League chief Amr Moussa dubbed Jones a “fanatic” and urged Americans to oppose his “destructive approach.” Moussa, who heads the 22-member pan-Arab body based in Cairo, said: “There is an increasing majority in the United States against this fanatic. “We want to see the reaction of the educated in the United States against this fanatic’s destructive approach,” he said.

– A Florida minister who had created an international furor with his plan to burn the Quran on the ninth anniversary of 9/11 canceled the event under intense pressure Thursday, saying he agreed to back off after reaching a deal to move the location of a controversial mosque near New York’s ground zero. The imam planning the New York mosque said no such deal has been reached.
The Rev. Terry Jones announced his decision Thursday afternoon, standing outside his small church alongside Imam Muhammad Musri, the president of the Islamic Society of Central Florida. However, Musri and the imam planning the New York mosque disputed Jones’ contention that a deal had been cut.

After the news conference, Musri told The Associated Press there was an agreement for him and Jones to travel to New York and meet Saturday – on the actual anniversary of the 9/11 attacks – with the imam overseeing plans to build a mosque near ground zero.

“I told the pastor that I personally believe the mosque should not be there, and I will do everything in my power to make sure it is moved,” Musri said.more
Jones, the pastor of a Florida Pentecostal church of 50 members, has said that he believes the Quran is evil because it espouses something other than biblical truth and incites radical, violent behavior among Muslims.
Jones on Thursday said he prayed about the decision and that if the site of the mosque was moved, it would be a sign from God to call off the Quran burning.

“We are, of course, now against any other group burning Qurans,” Jones said during the news conference. We would right now ask no one to burn Qurans. We are absolutely strong on that. It is not the time to do it.”
His decision comes after a firestorm of criticism from leaders around the world. President Barack Obama, the top U.S. general in Afghanistan and several Christian leaders had urged Jones to reconsider his plans.more

I’m sorry but your Tax Extension has run out!

Capitol Hill  employees owed $9.3 million in overdue taxes at the end of last year, a sliver of the $1 billion owed by federal workers nationwide but one with potential political ramifications for members of Congress.
The debt among Hill employees has risen at a faster rate than the overall tax debt on the government’s books, according to Internal Revenue Service data. It comes at a time when some Republican members are pushing for the firings of government workers who owe the IRS and President Obama has urged a crackdown on delinquent government contractors.

The IRS data does not identify delinquent taxpayers by name, party affiliation or job title and does not indicate whether any members of Congress are among the scofflaws. It shows 638 employees, or about 4 percent, of the 18,000 Hill workers owe money, a slightly higher percentage than the 3 percent delinquency rate among all returns filed nationwide.
The average unpaid tax bill is $12,787 among the Senate’s delinquent taxpayers and $15,498 among those working in the House.
IRS debt among government workers has surfaced as a political issue repeatedly over the years, most recently when Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, introduced legislation this year to fire federal workers who owe back taxes unless they have entered into a payment plan. Eight Republicans co-sponsored the bill. No Democrats have signed on, and some have said firings would reduce the government’s prospects of being paid.
“If you’re on the federal payroll and you’re not paying your taxes, you should be fired,” Chaffetz said in an interview. He said the policy should apply across the board and “there should be no special exemptions.”
An agency-by-agency breakdown of IRS debt is not published but is available in a redacted form from the agency upon request. Along with the Capitol Hill totals, it shows that three employees at the Office of Government Ethics owed a total of $75,000. MORE

‘Tomasz Winnicki’ White supremicist running for mayor

An avowed white supremacist who has called himself London’s “biggest hater” is running for mayor.
Tomasz Winnicki joined the race Tuesday for the city’s top political job, a move that likely holds little political significance for London but will no doubt shock many in the Forest City.

Winnicki’s hate speech has been the frequent focus of Free Press reports in the past, and he’s been at the forefront of the city’s white supremacy movement.

He’s appeared at rallies and loaded websites with profanity-laced diatribes about blacks, Jews, other non-whites and non-Christians.

Reached Tuesday night, Winnicki agreed he’s a controversial figure.
“Controversial? Absolutely,” he said. “(But) anything is controversial now.
Just about anything — they say this guy’s controversial, that guy’s controversial.
“You can say that about anybody.”
Winnicki, whose Wikipedia profile states he’s 35, made dubious history in 2006 when he became the first white supremacist in Canada jailed for breaking a court order to stop posting hate messages online.
The controversy made Winnicki something of a hero to white supremacists across North America.
Winnicki served some time in jail before appealing the sentence.
Canada’s human rights tribunal also ordered Winnicki to pay $11.500 in fines and compensation.more

New evidence undermines feds’ case against Arizona

You’ve heard a lot about the Justice Department’s lawsuit to stop the new Arizona immigration law. But that’s just one part of the Obama administration’s multi-front war on immigration enforcement in Arizona.
In addition to the drive to kill the new law, Attorney General Eric Holder is also suing the Maricopa Community College system in Phoenix, alleging it broke the law by requiring a job seeker to provide a green card before being hired. And on Thursday the Justice Department filed suit against the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office, run by the flamboyant Joe Arpaio, as part of an extended investigation into alleged civil rights violations there.
Despite the splash of attention from the newest lawsuit, the Justice Department’s investigation of Arpaio could end badly for Holder. When the Department first informed Arpaio that a probe was under way, back in March 2009, it sent a letter saying the investigation would focus on “alleged patterns or practices of discriminatory police practices and unconstitutional searches and seizures.” But now we learn that just six months before that, in September 2008, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, known as ICE, did its own investigation of Arpaio’s office — and gave it a clean bill of health.(more)

Wroughton school ‘failed to spot racism’ before attack

A school where a boy was attacked with a hammer failed to recognise a series of racist incidents prior to the assault, a serious case review has found
.
Henry Webster, then 15, suffered three skull fractures in the attack by a group of Asian youths in 2007.
His mother Liz Webster said the review showed the school was at fault.
Mr Webster, now 18, was punched, kicked and hit with a claw hammer at Ridgeway School, in Wroughton, near Swindon.  Mrs Webster said: “This review has confirmed our belief that the Ridgeway School was responsible for the horrific, devastating assault on our son which has left him with permanent injuries.
“The criticism of the local authority is tantamount to a whitewash as it is so minimal and limited.”

Before the attack, Mr Webster had agreed to fight a boy “one on one” due to peer pressure and to stop harassment he thought he and his friends were experiencing.  He has returned to part-time education, but still suffers from short-term memory loss.  The report summary, published by the Swindon Local Safeguarding Children Board, said: “The school, although it knew in advance, did not prepare for the arrival of a significant number of British Asian students in 2005.”more

Texas: ATS Labels Anti-Traffic Camera Initiatives Racist

Traffic camera firm invokes 1965 civil rights bill to stop votes in Baytown and Houston, Texas that would ban red light cameras.
The citizen-led groups that want the public to decide the future of red light cameras are racist, according to lawsuits filed by American Traffic Solutions (ATS) in a pair of Texas cities. The Arizona-based photo enforcement firm filed in a state court in Baytown on Thursday and then an ATS-funded front group filed an identical case in a federal court in Houston on Friday. Residents in both cities signed petitions placing a ban on automated ticketing machines onto the November 2 ballot, but ATS cites the landmark Voting Rights Act of 1965 as a reason to block these votes.

“Because the camouflaged referendum has been improperly placed on the ballot, a potential for racial discrimination exists,” Houston lawyer Andy Taylor wrote on behalf of ATS. “More specifically, minority voters may lose their ability to elect candidates of their choice in local, statewide and federal offices.”

The ATS claim may come as a surprise to the diverse groups behind anti-camera petition efforts elsewhere in the country. In East Cleveland, Ohio the group Black on Black Crime led the effort to gather signatures for a referendum. In Cincinnati, the anti-camera coalition included the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Green Party. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has also battled cameras in Iowa and Rhode Island. Baytown initiative sponsor Byron Schirmbeck suggested the traffic camera industry was disguising its true aim with the racism charge.

The Chronicle has no evidence to support this claim first developed by ATS hired gun Jim McGrath. more

Jesse Got His Cadillac Escalade Rims Stripped while Promoting Green Jobs in Motor City

When the Rev. Jesse Jackson led a rally for “green jobs” in Detroit, he arrived in the Motor City in a massive Cadillac SUV. But his exit from the Motor City was a lot more environmentally friendly — thanks to some car thieves.

The robbers stole the civil rights activist’s rented 2009 Escalade SUV on Monday. He was in Detroit for Saturday’s Jobs, Justice and Peace Rally in downtown Detroit.  Police found the car later that day, stripped of its wheels but otherwise intact, WXYZ reported.

Jackson, who led the march along with United Auto Workers President Bob King, said there was nothing contradictory about renting an SUV and promoting green jobs.

“We were promoting a car manufacturer and representing the American worker, whatever car they chose,” Jackson said. “My wife has a Smart Car, but for the purposes that we were traveling, the car was — it fit the bill.”

One Detroit columnist disagreed. “Add Jesse to the Al Gore-Tom Friedman-Barack Obama School of Environmental Hypocrisy,” Detroit News columnist Henry Payne wrote. “While preaching to Americans that they need to cram their families into hybrid Priuses to go shopping for compact fluorescent light bulbs to save the planet, they themselves continue to live large.”more

Judge allows KKK suit against Missouri to proceed

A federal judge in St. Louis has rejected a state request to dismiss the lawsuit filed by a Ku Klux Klan group.
Frank Ancona, imperial wizard of the Traditionalist American Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, is seeking to rent a pavilion at the Fort Davidson Historic Site in southeast Missouri.

The group filed a lawsuit as it sought to use the site for an April 14 gathering. The KKK group was unable to meet the insurance requirements imposed by the Department of Natural Resources and held the picnic on private property.

Ancona alleges that the requirements violated his right to free speech.more at stltoday

'Don't Tread On Me' Almost As Symbolic As The Flag Of The USA

I know and understand it is going to take a whole lot more then waving this flag for things to really be done and I also wanted to mention that I put this up   I guess in comparison of how all the illegals are coming to the united states and the government hasn’t really done anything about it and I suppose that flying this flag is one way they are seeing an impact of real battle fought.

'It had been the policy of Britain to send convicted criminals to America, so Franklin suggested that they thank the British by sending rattlesnakes to England.[1]‘’

The words from Gadsden's flag are some of the most patriotic words to this country as the  founding of the United States of America, as the flag of the United States, now it seems it is offending some people across the country.

Why is that, because the 'Tea Party' showing that they are fed up and feel violated?  Or is it due to the treatment/mis-treatment by Elected officials in the US Government, who just won't or don't listen?  I know, maybe because of the way US citizens are made to feel second class and like criminals in their own country?
'The use of the timber rattlesnake as a symbol of the American colonies can be traced back to the publications of Benjamin Franklin. In 1751, he made the first reference to the rattlesnake in a satirical commentary published in his Pennsylvania Gazette. It had been the policy of Britain to send convicted criminals to America, so Franklin suggested that they thank the British by sending rattlesnakes to England.[1]'

Let's hope the ACLU is willing to represent all that decide to fly this flag and are saying 'No More' and 'We're not going to take it anymore'

An Arizona man is in trouble with his homeowners' association over flying the Gadsden flag, which features a coiled rattlesnake and the words "Don't Tread on Me." The flag has been adopted by members of the tea party movement for its association with the American Revolution,
Arizona has a state statute that allows Arizonans to fly "the Stars and Stripes, the state flag, flags representing Indian nations as well as the official flags of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard," the Times reports.'Andy' McDonel's homeowners' association is strictly interpreting that law to ban the flying of any other flags, including the Gadsden. The American Civil Liberties Union is defending McDonel, saying the homeowners' group is taking too strict a view of the statute and restricting McDonel's right to free speech.McDonel isn't the only person to run into a dispute over the historic flag.
Eric Smith of Thornton, Colo., said he and his neighbor were sent a letter by their homeowners' association that said "Tea Party flags are not permitted. Please Remove."  They were threatened with a $100-a-month fine for flying the Gadsden flag. Colorado has a statue similar to Arizona's that specifies which flags are allowed to be flown. The homeowners' association eventually reversed its demand, saying his flag fell into the category of "political signs" instead of flags and was thus allowed.
In March, House Republicans created a stir amid the hard-fought vote on health care reform by grabbing a Gadsden flag from the anti-reform crowd assembled outside the Capitol and brandishing it from within the building.
