Daniel Katsnelson pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault for the Sept. 6, 2007 invasion of the Vanier Residence dormitory during “Frosh Week” The now 27-year-old sobbed in court as Crown attorney Andrew Locke read the disturbing agreed statement of facts in which the two grads prowled from floor to floor,

Katsnelson violated two girls.

He snarled at reporters and photographers afterwards, saying his last two years have been “hell.”

Both men had been drinking and entered the building under the guise of helping an intoxicated friend, Katsnelson and long-time friend Justin Connort startled a sleeping 17-year-old as she slept in her room shortly after 2:45 a.m.

“Do you want to get lucky with a couple of Jewish guys?” she was asked.

“He deserves to be in hell — what he has suffered is nothing compared to what I’ve gone through,” the now 20-year-old victim said outside court when told Katsnelson complained about his life since the charge.

TORONTO — It’s the victims of Daniel Katsnelson’s sexual assaults, not his business dealings with City Hall, that has Mayor David Miller’s attention.

After he was caught, he was placed under house arrest but still allowed to conduct business — and using the name Daniel Kaye, he helped create the company Go Go Green, which later was renamed the Responsible Business Group.

According to reports, Katsnelson was the manager of business development.

Katsnelson’s semen was identified from the victim’s underwear and her bed sheets, Connort pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault in 2008 and was sentenced to three years in prison.
