Sadistic Baby P killer, Jason Owen on the street after serving just 2-years in Prison

Sadistic Baby P killer, Jason Owen on the street after serving just 2-years in Prison

THIS is Baby P killer Jason Owen – back on the street as a free man.

Owen, 39, one of three brutes who caused the death of tortured 17-month-old Peter Connelly, was released earlier this month after two years in prison.
He looked relaxed and fit as he was spotted shopping near his probation hostel at a secret location.
Sadistic Owen was freed earlier this month and is living in the hostel as he “adjusts” to life on the outside.
He appeared not to have a care in the world as he went shopping nearby.
Looking relaxed, slim and fit – and sporting a trendy new haircut and designer stubble – he seemed nothing like the dishevelled, hollow-eyed figure in his police mugshot, taken in 2007.
Passers-by had no idea he was one of the three caged for causing the death of baby Peter, along with the horrifically abused child’s mother Tracey and her lover Steven Barker.

Tattoo

But as Owen bought ice cream, a newspaper and some groceries, he displayed several tell-tale signs of his identity.
He showed off his distinctive “angel wings” tattoo on his left arm. And inked on his right forearm was a large crucifix with the grimly ironic slogan: “Only God can judge me.”
Owen, also a convicted arsonist, crack addict and National Front member, had hoped he would be given plastic surgery and a new identity on his release from London’s Wandsworth jail.
Last night Baby P’s family said The Sun’s pictures “show justice has simply not been done”.
A close relative of Peter added: “We’re disgusted by his release but there’s nothing we can do. How he can get away with such a short sentence is beyond any of us given what he did to Peter.”
A source revealed Owen – once a tubby schoolkid nicknamed Fat Boy – had been going for long fitness runs since his release.
The source said: “Jason is obsessed with exercise and keeping his weight down.
“He has been out for several runs, often for up to eight miles.”
Owen was born in 1972 as Jason Barker, the older brother of Baby P’s future stepdad Steven, 35.
He changed his surname after moving in with Barker and Tracey Connelly, now 30, at their squalid home in Tottenham, North London.
It was there the three subjected Peter to shocking abuse, leaving him with 50 injuries including a broken back. The tragic youngster finally died in August 2007.  A post mortem revealed he had swallowed a tooth after being punched.
Connelly was jailed for a minimum of five years for causing or allowing Peter’s death, with Barker getting a minimum of ten years on the same charge.
The mother could be the next to walk free, possibly in August next year.  Barker has an earliest release date of 2019.
Owen was freed after serving half a six-year sentence for causing or allowing Peter’s death – having spent around 300 days in custody on remand before his trial at the Old Bailey.more from thesun
